Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. We prepare each one by hand in our workshop, so there's a small pause between your order and its journey to you.

Delivery

Shipped via standard carrier with typical delivery in 5–7 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Returns & exchanges

Unopened items:

Unopened items: If you're not satisfied, unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Opened products:

Opened products: For hygiene reasons, opened soaps, shampoos, and colognes cannot be returned or exchanged. We want to keep everyone safe.

Quality issues:

Quality issues: If something arrives damaged or doesn't meet our standards, we'll make it right. Reach out through our contact form and we'll sort it.
